10 Year Anniversary of Aviators Network

Aviators Network is proud to announce our 10 Year Anniversary. For more than a decade we have been offering quality Internet Services. Key Dates / Milestones in our History: March 1995: Trading as Avnet, a Fee paying ISP - designed with aircraft related content for the pilot and the enthusiast. First customer  dial-up account. May 1995:  Hosted the web-site for the Eagles "Hell Freezes Over World Tour" revival tour, this was long before music was available on the net, but there were lyrics and photos, and the site was updated daily. June 1995: GT Aviation (www.gtaviation.co.uk) one of our first web customers, sold an aeroplane online, much to their delight. June 1997: Flyer Magazine chose us to become their Virtual Internet Service provider.  Their web-site www.flyer.co.uk is still one of our most busy sites. December 2000: Aviators Network sells its 1st ADSL account. This account is still active to this day. May 2001: Aviators Network introduces BT surftime to our Product portfolio. We are one of the few ISP's to still support it to this day. September 2002: In a survey done by  internet magazine, Aviators Network was placed in the Top 10 of UK ISP's.
