In Outlook Express, choose Tools, Accounts, Add, Mail Enter your name e.g. John Smith Enter your e-mail address e.g. anything@username. Enter the POP3 and SMTP Mail Servers Enter your Account name, which is the same as your username Enter your password, click Finish
