Announcements19 January 2006 - We have experienced a major power outage in our data centre this morning. Some routing was affected which resulted in certain customers having problems with web and mail services. This has been resolved. 1 June 2005 There is a risk that the power supply to some of our servers will be affected between 2am and 6am tomorrow morning 2nd June 2005. This risk arises due to essential upgrades being carried out to the power supply network. It is possible that some end user services such as mail, web and ADSL will be affected. 21 March 2005 Any ADSL users who are still experiencing problems with their ADSL connection, should turn their ADSL modem off for a few minutes and then try connect again. 20 March 2005 We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our BT ADSL Central Pipe. This will affect user's ADSL sessions and connections. We are working with BT to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. UPDATE: Our main ADSL router has been replaced by BT and we now believe that all ADSL service is back to normal. Planned OutagesThere are no planned outages at this time. Service Status
